Taistelijan linssikeitto

öljyä tai margariinia
1–2 sipulia
pari valkosipulin kynttä
250 g punaisia linssejä
2–4 perunaa
yrttisuolaa, mustaapippuria, currya, chiliä, paprikaa, juustokuminaa

Linsseistä saa puhtia ja tärkeitä ravintoaineita, joiden avulla jaksaa parantaa maailmaa. Huuhtele linssejä, kunnes ne eivät enää värjää huuhteluvettä sameaksi. Myös puolen tunnin liottaminen voi tehdä terää. Silppua sipulit ja valkosipulit pieniksi ja kuullota ne kevyesti öljyssä kattilan pohjalla. Lisää linssit ja vettä. Kuori perunat, pilko ne pieniksi lohkoiksi keittoon ja anna kiehua puolisen tuntia. Mausta mielesi mukaan. Pieni nokare margariinia antaa valmiille keitolle houkuttelevan olemuksen ja makuun syvyyttä!
