Tofu-siemenpaistos

öljyä tai margariinia
hyppysellinen seesaminsiemeniä

pari valkosipulin kynttä
paketti tofua (noin neljänneskilo)
perunoita tai riisiä

Käristä siemeniä kuumalla pannulla hetki öljyssä. Soijakastikkeen lisääminen tässä vaiheessa antaa siemenille mukavasti väriä ja makua. Laita ruskistetut siemenet toviksi sivuun erilliseen astiaan ja kuullota sipulit. Lisää pieneksi lohkottu tofu ja mausteet ja paista hetki. Tofun vaikuttaessa valmiilta lisää siemenet. Tarjoile keitettyjen perunoiden tai riisin kera.
